Return Policy

We assures you the best of quality when it comes to our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason; you may return the product unused & unstitched, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging within 15 days from the date on which goods are delivered at your doorstep but you need to inform us regarding it in first 24 hours only.We shall issue 80% refund of the cost of the product ( 20% shall be charged as Order Processing charges & Other Misc. Charges).

Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitched products at any circumstance.

You need to notify us first before returning any product via Email or Via Phone Call. You may do this through the “Contact Us” page on our web site before returning any product.

Returns made without notice SHALL NOT qualify for a refund.

Customer have to bear the SHIPPING COST & CUSTOM DUTIES while returning the products, In any condition we are not liable to paid the returning SHIPPING COST & CUSTOM DUTIES.

If we receive the payment from paypal and if you want to cancel the order before 24hrs of placement then you have to bear the paypal fees and processing charges. The charges exceed upto 20% of order amount.

We shall not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.

We shall not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

At any point of time, the refunds will not exceed the 80% value of the total purchases.

We will not be responsible for return the money which you have paid for shipping to send the parcel back.

Returns would not be accepted for custom made / standard stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse.

Refund will take time to reflect in customer's account about 4 to 5 working days after receiving products at our store.

Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other issues should be reported to us within 24 hrs on receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.

We do not cancel the placed order after 24hrs. If you want to cancel the order after 24hrs you will have to pay 20% bank payment processing charges from your total order amount. We do not provide any cancellation if order is in processing and products are received. We don't provide any refunds for the same. Cancellation amount will be credited as SAREESAGA Store Credit or Coupons.

In case of product return, we will issue a refund as per above policy once we received the product back at our store address.

We firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that the colors seen on the monitor will be 10% to 20% different as compared to the color of actual outfit or any item ordered.

We will not give any refunds or any returns for BOLLYWOOD REPLICA products. All bollywood products images are reference purposes only and actual products may vary in color, fabrics and work. We try to give you similar products but as you know will have to make differences upto 15 to 20%.

Color and Description Discrepancy

The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. Sareesaga.com believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur in with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.

Embellishment related Issues

Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off. Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
